Completed in 2015, the THBD Office and Laboratory Facility provides 5,000 sq ft of office, lab, and conference space to early-stage biotech companies. The facility is comprised of four office/lab suites, three stand-alone offices, two conference rooms, a tissue culture lab, a large, well equipped Common Lab, and a break room. The facility is an ideal platform for start-up professionals to perform prototyping and development of products as well as collaborate with other tenants and staff for guidance on taking products from conception to market. Tenants have 24/7 access to the facility and can be companies focused on medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical software development, or other biotech/lifescience products.
